I can't use their names in this letter because of their lawyers and contracts with NBC. But, if you are familiar with that show you'd recognize their names instantly.
As you can imagine, word spread fast about my methods.
And, I got swamped with real estate pros, loan officers, brokers, and insurance agents suddenly hunting me down to teach my secret to them, too. These people wouldn't take no for an answer and some of them practically got down on their hands and knees and begged me to teach it. So, even though I didn't really want to teach this (I still don't want to saturate the market with this info) I decided to hold a seminar just for them. I charged $5,000 a pop and, even at that steep price, they couldn't shove the money in my hand fast enough.
